US reality TV star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian (43) is coming to Hamburg in May as a speaker at the OMR digital trade fair. Kardashian and her family have achieved cult status with the TV format “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and their Instagram account is one of the highest-reaching in the world, the organizers announced on Thursday.
US artist Jeff Koons as well as Signal boss Meredith Whittaker, music producer Rick Rubin, cosmetics YouTuber Mrs. Bella and politicians Gregor Gysi and Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg, among others, have already confirmed their participation. In total, more than 750 speakers will talk about their experiences in digital and from the inside out.
In 2023, a good 72,000 people visited the digital festival. The trade fair is primarily attended by makers and decision-makers from national and international digital, media and marketing companies. In this respect, the OMR festival is considered one of the largest trade fairs in Europe. (dpa)
