YTN reports that it appears Kim has taken off in his private armored train towards his country’s northeastern border, where North Korea borders Russia. The American newspaper The New York Times wrote last week that Kim will travel to the city of Vladivostok, but that it is also possible that the meeting will take place in Moscow.
