The textile discounter has now also started its loyalty program “myKiK” in Germany.
The customer loyalty program has been available in the Netherlands since March and has also been available in Germany since September, Kik announced on Wednesday. The company wants to “better communicate with its customers and support their individual needs”.
The program with the associated advantage card is free of charge and is intended to offer customers advantages such as discounts of between 15 and 20 percent as well as a customer-oriented offer. An important component is the associated app, in which the purchases made are saved. This means that returns without a receipt are also possible. “The program fits in perfectly with KiK’s strategy of placing our customers even more at the center of everything we do,” said Markus Kallen.
According to Kik’s Chief Customer Officer, the “myKiK” service is also to be rolled out in the other countries where Kik is represented. In addition to the Netherlands and Germany, the textile discounter is also represented in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Poland, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria and since September also in Portugal and Spain. Kik operates over 4000 locations in these countries.
