It’s over, Peter Goossens had the last shift done in the Hof van Cleve in Kruisem. After 31 years of cooking, the highest culinary level was handed over to the sleutels of the star restaurant and was opened by Floris Van Der Veken. “The restaurant is in good hands,” he sounds.
