The residents of the Ukrainian capital Kiev have to expect sudden power cuts for the rest of the winter. “We will have to live in these conditions all winter,” deputy head of the city administration Petro Panteljeev said on Ukrainian television. As in other Ukrainian cities, the power supply in Kiev has been badly affected by the Russian missile strikes.
