At least six civilians, including two children, were killed by Russian artillery fire on Saturday in the eastern Ukraine’s Donetsk and Luhansk regions, where fighting is ongoing, according to Kiev. Twelve people were also injured. The Ukrainian authorities in those areas announced this via Telegram.
The village of Pririllja, among others, was badly hit by rocket launchers of the Grad (Hail) type. This system can fire dozens of projectiles in a short time.
More than 3,300 civilians have been killed in the war, according to the United Nations since Russian troops invaded Ukraine on February 24.
