In Muay Thai matches the traditional rules of Thai boxing will be used, that is, kicks, punches, knees while holding the opponent and elbow strikes will be allowed. The regulation of the kickboxing matches will instead be the Fight Code Rules (FCR): in addition to kicks and punches, knees will also be allowed, holding the opponent but, unlike muay Thai, for a maximum of 5 seconds. On the other hand, elbows are prohibited. All matches will be 3 rounds of 3 minutes with one minute of recovery, except those valid for a title which will instead be on the distance of the 5 rounds.
Luperini vs Bah
cat. -70 kg
The opening one will be a match between purists of Siamese art. The Tuscan Luperini (17 career wins and 3 defeats with 8 knockouts) also fought in the prestigious American promotion Lion Fight and won two Italian titles. Bah instead comes from Geneva and fought in the famous Muay Thai Grand Prix in Paris and several times in Thailand. In his career he boasts 32 victories and only 1 defeat. Both are specialists in the use of the elbows, which makes the probability of a conclusion before the limit high.
Pisu vs Farcas
cat. -91 kg
Ko in the air between two light highs that have already faced each other years ago, in a match that ends even. Pisu, known as “the beast of Carbonia”, as well as Gold at the 2019 Kickboxing World Championships is also a boxer (Silver at the Italian championships last year) and achieved world fame by beating home idol Alexandru Radnev in 2019 in Romania. Farcas, a Romanian athlete who lives in Piedmont, instead tries to conquer his own space of notoriety: towards this meeting he sparring with Simon Biyong, Mma fighter on the Bellator roster. In common with his opponent he has the characteristic of preferring boxing techniques.

A match particularly awaited by fans, which sees two of the athletes with the highest number of fans on the Italian scene against. Aurelio Tieni, on the other hand, a Milanese transplanted to Lugano, has a record of 27-6 and an equal, with 12 knockouts and will face Alì Abdelali, who at the last took the place of Taras Hnatchuk, 22, of Ukrainian origin, former fighter Bellator Kickboxing and Intercontinental champion Wako Pro, he is still unbeaten with 17 wins (8 by knockout) and one draw. Despite the last minute change, a balanced match is expected
Di Vara vs Tarantino
cat. -71 kg
Italian fans have long been waiting for this challenge, which sees two of the most talented athletes of our Muay Thai compete against each other. Jacopo Tarantino (82-8 with 32 ko) is an athlete of the prestigious Lion Fight world circuit, while the Brianza-based Lorenzo Di Vara (21-12 with 4 equal and 8 ko) fought at the famous Muay Thai Grand Prix in Paris and last January he drew with Thai legend Sudsakorn. Two very technical and versatile Muay Thai purists, but Tarantino, by virtue of his greater height, could try to exploit his long levers using elbows and knees.
Valdinocci vs Adrar
Cat. -68 kg
The Pesaro-born Valdinocci (37-7-1 with 9 knockouts) is one of the most technical fighters on the Italian scene, so much so that he is in great demand as a teacher even abroad and not only for kickboxing: he has in fact followed several MMA athletes who wanted improve their technique in hitting, above all we remember the Ufc fighter Alexa Grasso who even thanked him in the interview aboard the cage after the victory against Maycee Barber. He is WKU and WFMC world champion, as well as having won the prestigious French Muay Thai tournament “Le Tournoi du Dragon”. His opponent, the French of Moroccan origin Morgan Adrar, known as “The destroyer”, is a Muay Thai specialist, with a record of 70-20 and 30 knockouts to his credit. He has won two World and three European titles. He usually fights using a lot of kicks, while our compatriot tends to score points by keeping a high frequency in the blows.
Peritore vs Korogiannou
For the world title Wku cat. -55 kg
Gloria Peritore told the Gazzetta in recent days, from her passion for the ring to her social commitment against violence against women. She was the first Italian to win Bellator Kickboxing in America, to dispute the first women’s world title in the history of the organization and the first Italian to fight in Japan in the legendary K1 GP. In 2020 she won the ISKA pro world belt, which she dedicated to women victims of violence. The Greek Maria Korogiannou instead comes from Muay Thai and will be able to count on the advantage of greater stature. It is therefore to be expected that she will attempt to take advantage of her long levers by working with front kicks and knees. This is also because “The Shadow” Peritore at short range is capable of working with a fist with great power and frequency in the blows.
Petchrungruang vs Perrault
Cat. -60 kg
YodPT Petchrungruang is an emerging young Thai and will bring to the ring the technical elegance combined with the great power that only in the country where this sport was born can they express. Having started very young, as is the practice in Thailand, at 24 he already boasts a record of 108-17-5 with 35 knockouts. His specialty is circular kicks in the ribs. His opponent, Andrany Perrault, is a French from the island of Reunion with a great international experience. He is a very technical fighter and, as a tradition of the French school, without awe when he faces the Thais so much so that it cannot be excluded that he may opt for a very aggressive start.
Novati vs Gottardi
For the European title Iska cat. -67 kg
French native Gregoire Gottardi is a very experienced fighter, with a record of 41-9 and 14 knockouts He has fought multiple times than Muay Thai in Thailand and, like many of this school, relies heavily on powerful circular kicks to the trunk. The home idol Nicolas “AK47” Novati (19-3-1 with 3 koda pro) is a technically very complete athlete and certainly superior to Gottardi in boxing technique. Above all, let him not deceive the few knockouts he has collected in his career so far: he knows how to throw very powerful shots.
Guiderdone vs Coriolano
Cat. -79 kg
The evening ends with a match between two athletes with a strong propensity for boxing exchanges. Christian Guiderdone is a long-established athlete with great physical power. Gino Coriolano is instead a young Sicilian fighter who is emerging: he already has a record of 20-9 with 12 knockouts and a Wmkf World title on the bulletin board.
