Kevin Costner won’t let his ex-wife take the furniture

Hollywood star Kevin Costner, 68, and handbag designer by Christine Baumgartner49, the messy divorce battle continues.

First, it was twisted about the child support payments for three children.

Costner was ordered to pay Baumgartner nearly 117,000 euros per month. Both must contribute to their children’s healthcare and hobby expenses. Baumgartner originally demanded half as much. The ex-couple has three children: Cayden16, Hayes14 and Grace13.

However, the court’s decisions are still preliminary and will be discussed in a new hearing.

In addition to the final amount of alimony payments, it is also yet to be decided how the movable property of the shared California home will be divided.

Costner has listed to the court which items his ex-wife is not allowed to take.

Of course, Baumgartner gets his jewelry, clothes and bag. However, Costner does not want to give his ex-wife furniture or art. Among other things, there is an argument about silverware.

Baumgartner has compiled his own list of things he hugs. He has marked, among other things, “his own electronics” on the list. Whether it means computer, television or what is not clear.

It was recently reported that a judge ordered Baumgartner to move out of the couple’s shared home by the end of July. According to TMZ, this follows the prenuptial agreement made by the couple. The woman’s lawyers said she does not have enough time or money to move into a new apartment by the end of the month, but the lawyers’ request for more time was rejected.

Costner and Baumgartner were married for 18 years.
