Kerem Aktürkoğlu, the national football player of Galatasaray, shared his social media account and thanked the miners for their efforts in search and rescue efforts after the earthquakes that took place in Kahramanmaraş and affected many cities. Aktürkoğlu added the note, “Infinite thanks to our miners who saved hundreds of lives day and night under the most difficult conditions. Don’t let your hands suffer, heroes, you won’t be paid.”
