Kelly Clarkson and her ex-husband have finally reached an agreement on their divorce, says TMZ.

Vocalist Kelly Clarkson39, divorced her husband and manager last summer Brandon from Blackstock. Since then, the couple has been arguing over the details of their divorce, but now a settlement has been reached.
A Los Angeles court confirmed to TMZ that the settlement was sealed with the signatures of both parties. The settlement includes the fact that the children of the ex-couple will in the future be mainly with their mother and meet their father once a month during the weekend.
Last summer, according to People magazine, Clarkson was ordered to pay nearly $ 200,000 a month in maintenance to her ex-husband. According to a decision by a Los Angeles county judge, Clarkson must pay Blackstock $ 150,000 in spousal support, as well as $ 45,601 for a couple of children, Riverin7, and Remingtonin5, alimony.
With the reconciliation, these amounts also changed, and Clarkson will pay her ex-husband $ 115,000 a month until January 2024.
The ex-couple has also argued over, among other things, how their property will be divided upon divorce. Clarkson has created a giant estate in his career, and Blackstock has believed he owns a significant portion of his ex-wife’s estate, even though the couple had a marriage contract.
With the reconciliation, the holdings of the tens of millions of dollars worth of property have now been clarified for the future. There has been a dispute over the ownership of the couple’s former home, as Blackstock demanded that the property, worth nearly $ 20 million, be common property acquired during their marriage.
With the settlement, Blackstock will get a slice worth about five percent of the property and will have to move out of the farms next summer. Until then, he will have to pay $ 12,500 in rent for his housing.
