Keith Yandle had time to play a 989 NHL match on the tube until the Philadelphia coach Mike Yeo passed the veteran pack to the pop department in a match against Toronto.

Yandle already holds a record of consecutive NHL matches, but he didn’t get the incredible milestone of 1,000 games.

Many find the spectator command made by Yeon really outrageous.

– I never thought I would be so disappointed with Flyers, one of my all-time favorite teams. Yandle’s shelving is totally disrespectful and sends the wrong message of loyalty to players and fans in the NHL, puck legend Jeremy Roenick stated on Twitter.

The motor turf that also played in the Flyers continued to open for three tweets.

– This team is not in the playoffs … What’s the post? Mike Yeo, you should be ashamed. Keith’s achievement is remarkable, and you took it away from him.

According to Roenick, the head coach’s solution may also be reflected in players’ willingness to join Flyers.

– Who would a free agent ever want to play for Mike Yeo now? The team is in the rebuilding phase, and you’re pulling a game like this … really amazing!

Yeo briefly justified his decision.

– We are at that point through the importance of getting young players involved as an organization, Yeo said.

According to the man, the club now needs to look to the future as well, which is why he wants to give new players a chance.

Naturally, 35-year-old Yandle is not part of Philadelphia’s future. He has long been one of the worst defenders in the NHL in the light of statistics.

Yandle has played 67 games this season with a power of 1 + 14 = 15. His power stats (-39) are by far the worst in the entire NHL.
