Eva Jinek thinks that Kees van der Spek should be given a better employment position from their boss Peter van der Vorst. She argues that he should be put on the spot of the flopped Luuk Ikink.
Kees van der Spek makes a program in which he runs for an hour after all kinds of scammers, Scammers Tackled, but that is tucked away somewhere on RTL 5. Although he raises the channel average there considerably, Eva Jinek thinks he actually deserves the main stage: RTL 4.
Kees to 4?
Eva finds it incomprehensible that RTL’s TV boss Peter van der Vorst has chosen to put Kees on a poorly viewed channel. “Listen, you’re popular, you yourself, the big man in a small t-shirt in a small car, everyone loves you. Why are you tucked away on RTL 5? There is a spot at RTL 4 on Thursday evening.”
The place Eva is referring to is the place Island Talk left behind. This review of Expedition Robinson, presented by Luuk Ikink, scored so badly that it was taken off the air immediately. Nothing has taken its place; Eva’s talk show has simply been pushed forward.
‘I want to’
Kees is happy to fill Luuk’s place. “I’m going to sit there.”
Eva: “You have to sit there.”
Kees: “I want that.”
Eva: “Why are you still on 5? What is that?”

Kees: “Because 5 is a crime channel, I think, I don’t know.”
Eva: “We want you at 4.”
Kees: “I want to, of course. I also want to stand in front of a larger hall.”
