English top model Kate Moss is scheduled to testify in a defamation trial between Johnny Depp, 58, and Amber Heard, 36, on Wednesday 25 May. Moss, 48, speaks in court via video.

Depp’s lawyers rejoiced a few weeks back when Heard raised Moss in his statements. Heard said he felt connected to Moss in connection with Depp and the staircase.

Heard referred to a situation where Deppin was rumored to have pushed Moss down the stairs in the 1990s. Depp and Moss had a romantic relationship from 1994 to 1997.

Heard’s little sister Whitney Henriquez has, according to them, been close to the same fate in March 2015. Henriquez had been an intermediary in a relationship between Heard and Depp and had stood on the stairs near Depp.

– He was standing in the line of fire … trying to stop Johnny, Heard said earlier in court.

Henriquez occasionally lived in Heard and Depp’s apartment with them.

Moss was not originally intended to testify in a Virginia lawsuit, as the rumored staircase case is not related to the Depp and Heard case. However, Heard’s mention of the top model made Depp’s team call Moss a witness.

– Heard mentioned Johnny’s ex-partner, who he (Heard) doesn’t think supports Depp, but it’s far from the truth, sources told Dailymail.

Moss is believed to testify in court in favor of Depp.
