Top model Kate Moss, 48, arrives today, Wednesday, to testify to her ex-boyfriend actress Johnny Deppin, 58, and this ex-wife, Amber Heardin, 36, for a trial.

Moss and Depp socialized from 1994 to 1997. The couple’s passionate relationship once received tremendous media attention. In 1994, People wrote that the couple was so in love that they could not keep their hands, lips, mouths and feet apart.

Rumor

During the relationship, a rumor arose that Depp had pushed Moss down the stairs during the dispute.

Heard mentioned the rumor at the trial on May 5th. Heard reported on the 2015 dispute and admitted to hitting Depp in the face during the dispute. Heard justified his actions by saying he ended up doing so because he feared Depp would push his sister Whitney down the stairs. Heard said he feared the same fate for his sister as for Moss.

As a result of Heard’s mention, Moss could be called to testify at the trial. Although Heard and Depp’s trial has made extensive allegations of Depp’s violence, Moss’s testimony has not been deemed necessary, as the case was not directly related to matters between the ex-married couple. However, that fact was also made relevant in the proceedings between Heard and Depp.

The relationship between Moss and Depp wasn’t just about dancing with roses. There were also rocky moments and quarrels during the relationship. In 1994, the couple quarreled in the hotel so fiercely that Depp began destroying the hotel room furniture and was arrested. The actor’s charges were dismissed, but he had to pay nearly 2,000 euros in damages to the hotel.

Depp and Moss divorced in 1997. Depp commented on the relationship due to lack of time, but rumors of the relationship ending due to violence have persisted.

Heard and Depp have sued each other for defamation. The trial has been going on for more than a month.
