Karri Kive’s coaching career continues in Slovakia.

HC Nové Zámka announced on Sunday on their websitethat Karri Kivi is the club’s new head coach. The man replaces by Erik Čaládin and by Ľubomír Hurtaj in the task.
Nové Zámka has lost three games in a row. The team is in the second last place in the main league of Slovakia. The difference between tenth place and the last playoff spot is four points.
The 53-year-old master coach coached Ässi last season. This season, the man has worked as MTV’s hockey expert.
Kivi led the Young Lions to the under-20 World Championship gold in 2014. In addition, he has won the WC gold in 2013 at the helm of the Ässie.
