Kanye West’s shirt frenzy continues – partner Adidas is on the lookout

Rap artist Kanye “Ye” West rocked a shirt with the text White Lives Matter on the back at Paris Fashion Week. West’s choice of outfit caused a lot of discussion on Twitter, among others.

Now West’s partner Adidas has told its own position on the shirt issue.

Adidas is told that they will have to review the partnership with West as a result of the events.

– Adidas has always been interested in creativity, innovation and supporting athletes and artists towards their own vision. The Adidas Yeezy partnership is one of the most successful collaboration projects in the history of our industry, Adidas’ statement says.

– We are very proud of our team, which has worked tirelessly throughout our collaboration with Ye and all the iconic products. We also understand that all successful partnerships are based on mutual respect and shared values, the company continues in its statement.

Adidas states that it has tried to resolve the situation privately, but without success.

Entertainment Tonight – website, West posted a rude response to Adidas’ statement on his own Instagram account, but the post has since been deleted.
