Kanye West is banned from Instagram for 24 hours for violating Terms of Service. The rapper had repeatedly spread misinformation about ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her new boyfriend Pete Davidson on the platform. However, the platform no longer wanted to endorse his racist insults towards “The Daily Show” presenter Trevor Noah.

Noah spoke about West’s abusive behavior towards his ex-wife Kardashian in the post. According to the moderator, this is a fundamental problem that could lead to much worse things. He then led to a very personal case. He told how his mother was abused by her partner and yet not taken seriously. Conversely, she was even accused of “overreacting,” according to Noah. A little later, his mother was shot in the back of the head by her partner.

The comparison obviously enraged West. He then posted several photos of Noah and wrote “Kumbaya, my lord” in the caption. He replaced a word with a racist insult. According to TMZ, an Instagram spokesperson said the post and others “violated Instagram’s policies on hate speech, harassment and bullying.” So now the world will have a moment’s rest from Kanye West’s tantrums.
