According to him, Kadyrov noted that today “two fraternal peoples” have opened a new page in relations.

Earlier, the head of Chechnya asked the Ingush to “determine the degree of guilt and punishment” if they consider him an “enemy”, and justify “according to the laws of the Russian state or Sharia” what he is guilty of. Kadyrov gave three days for reflection.
