Juvenile judge Bart Tromp: ‘I no longer place young people with Woodbrookers in Kortehemmen’

Juvenile judge Bart Tromp will in his own court cases prohibit young people from the Northern Netherlands from being placed with youth care institution Woodbrookers, as long as he is not convinced that the abuses have been resolved structurally. “Just lifting the recording stop at Woodbrookers is not enough for this.”
