Juve-Inter, Rocchi promotes referee Massa: all cards correct

Rocchi does not reject Davide Massa. On the contrary. After the “Saloon” of the Stadium, the designator of Can A and B reviewed the videos and episodes and, overall, believes that the referee of the first semi-final of the Coppa Italia Juventus-Inter had the appropriate conduct. During and after the match, when the cards were raised against Lukaku, Handanovic and Cuadrado (the latter came to blows: inevitable sanction) in a not exactly exemplary ending.

In addition to the yellow cards shown during the match, all correct according to Rocchi (such as the penalty given in real time), the situation that obviously aroused the most clamor was that inherent in the post-penalty of the 1-1 draw kicked by Lukaku. The exultation of the Belgian is recognized, it is the one already seen in the national team. But it was accompanied by a lip from the player (“Muti, muti”) which the regulation reads as a provocative action: was it action or reaction? Probably more the second than the first.
