Nashville Predators’ number one Finnish watchkeeper Hair Saros is one of the winners of the NHL’s best goalkeeper Vezina Trophyn.

Saros are nominated for the New York Rangers Igor Shestjorkin and Calgary Flames Jacob Markström.

A clear winner’s favorite is Shestjork, who fought back at a staggering level throughout the season. Markström, on the other hand, had the most zero games in the regular season (9).

Saros, 27, is nominated for the NHL as the best goalkeeper for the first time. In the regular season, Saros defeated 67 matches with a defeat percentage of 91.8.

However, Saros ’season came to an end when the Predators fell to the Colorado Avalanch. Saros did not play in the playoffs due to injury.

The winner of the Vezina Trophy will be voted on by the GMs of the NHL clubs. The award winner will survive the end of the NHL season in June.

Of the Finns, Vezina Trophy has won before Miikka Kiprusoff year 2006, Tuukka Rask in 2014 and Pekka Rinne in 2018.
