The duo shared a first musical taste on Instagram.
French electronic band Justice shared a post on Instagram on January 1st announcing new music for 2024. Justice’s manager Pedro Winter also confirmed that the duo will release a new album and go on tour this year.
The video preview of what’s new by Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay shows a simple recording: a vu meter, which can be used to measure volume units. You can hear a new, instrumental track from the group. The band wishes “Happy New Year” in the caption of the post.

Pedro Winter announced the duo’s return back in June last year. In a French radio interview he said: “Is this a scoop? Perhaps? I can tell you now. There will be a new album and a new tour in 2024.” In October, he spoke again about the upcoming release in an interview with “NME”. He would have gotten “goosebumps” listening to the LP. He shared how the album CROSS also had the same effect on him: “When I heard CROSS I had goosebumps – I loved every single note of that record, and I also have goosebumps when I hear the upcoming Justice album.” He reported He went on to say that he is “proud” to be working with a band that “pushes the boundaries” and is “innovative.”
The new album will be Justice’s first record in over seven years. The French released their last LP WOMAN in 2016.
Most recently, they released an original demo of their track “DANCE,” celebrating the 15th anniversary of their debut album in 2022.
