Linda de Mol is very much into the victim role with her hide and seek behavior, says Yvonne Coldeweijer. “She needs to stop whining and just put her face back on the tube.”
Angela de Jong mentioned it yesterday evening in Today Inside: Linda de Mol still has questions about her role in the entire Voice scandal. To this day, instead of taking responsibility, she dramatically cancels all kinds of cover shoots, TV recordings and interviews. She would now make a tour of Chile.
‘I choose Jeroen!’
Now that we are a year later, you would expect that the victim role has been played out, says Yvonne Coldeweijer. She thinks Linda could use some chili pepper in her butt. “So she is on holiday in Chile with Vieze Jeroentje and when I suddenly saw that she is no longer on the cover of her own magazine, I thought: huh, is she dropping out now?”
Yvonne finds it very strange that Linda has traded the position of TV queen for that of drama queen. “Is she like: I choose VJ, so then I’ll stop? I also read that she has that Five Live removed. She’s doing something, you know? She makes statements all the time. In her columns, then suddenly no photo. I think she’s going to disappear.”
Passive-aggressive
Yvonne thinks Linda’s passive-aggressive attitude towards the media is unjustified. “Listen: passive-aggressive is her middle name. Really, really. Yes, she’s a star, but she shouldn’t make herself so royal,” she says in her podcast The Juice Show on Podium.
She continues: “If Vieze Jeroentje makes you happy, girl, then just do it, but don’t suddenly go… Come on, you still have to put your head on that leaf! And you’re still going to open suitcases! But don’t exaggerate!”
‘She’s so extra’
Private boss Evert Santegoeds thinks that a love reunion would damage Linda’s image. What does Yvonne think? “Do you want him back? Okay, that’s fine, just get behind it and we’ll decide whether you should be canceled or not. And I think it’s all okay. But don’t go like: okay, then I’ll just stop. I feel she just wants to stop.”
The only suitcases Linda currently opens are those in her Chilean hotel rooms. “It’s exaggerated, it is additional. It’s not bad, it’s just exaggerated. Girl, just act normal, just the briefcases and let’s fire a little at him. Okay, then that’s just your fate.”

Would Yvonne like it if Linda came up with a biography? “No, I really don’t need such a piss book. I have long found such a one-page column, let alone a book. “I give her tough love. She needs to stop whining, just put her face back on the tube, back in that shitty magazine and just get on with your life. Those are strong women! Don’t complain so much and just keep working. Other people can’t do that either, can they? Saying, “I’m quitting my job!” Now I am done with it.”
