A 32-year-old resident of Bruges has been sentenced by the Bruges criminal court to one year’s suspended prison sentence for intentional assault and battery with premeditation. After the city derby, the Club Brugge hooligan threw a chair in the face of a Cercle supporter. He was also banned from playing for two years.
