Radio host Jussi Heikelä has received a fine of 1,365 euros for endangering traffic safety, reports Ilta-Sanomat.

According to IS information, the speeding has happened in Espoo on September 22 at 9:03 am.

On the road where Heikelä has been driving a car, the permitted speed limit has been 80 km/h. Ilta-Sanomat reports that Heikelä ran into the police radar at a speed of 127 km/h. The speed limit has therefore been 47 km/h.

Speeding is considered gross if it is over 50 km/h.

Heikela has been fined 21 days, which makes his income 1,365 euros, Ilta-Sanomat reports. In addition to this, Heikelä must pay a crime victim fee of 40 euros.

Iltalehti reached Heikelä, who did not want to comment on the matter.
