‘Lucky Years’ was created in cooperation with the Berlin author and creator Nike van Dinther. If Nike’s childhood memories could be turned into a collection, it would create exactly what Lucky Years is. It is an ode to growing up on your grandparents’ farm and invites you to preserve a piece of your childhood.
“When I think of my childhood, I have the smell of warm pie crust with apple sauce in my nose. I see my grandma sitting in the sun in the garden with coffee and cake – and the pony next to her. I want to capture this feeling of security and freedom at the same time with my collection,” says Nike van Dinther.
