The driver of a Skoda and a Toyota hybrid crashed into each other at the intersection of Brandenburgische Straße and Wittelsbacherstraße in Wilmersdorf on Monday evening.

The Toyota landed on its roof around 6:40 p.m. and slid into a parked Mercedes station wagon. According to initial findings, both drivers were injured.

One was treated and cared for on site, the second was transported to a nearby hospital under the supervision of an ambulance. The responsible police department is investigating the cause of the accident.

The Toyota was a total loss, and the Skoda was also badly damaged. Brandenburgische Strasse is closed in the direction of Kurfürstendamm.
