Wennemars, son of former top skater Erben Wennemars, has signed a contract with the formation of trainer Jac Orie until mid-2024. Wennemars had a successful last season with the juniors.
With three world titles (500, 1000 meters and all-round classification), five victories in the World Cup and six national titles, the Dalfsenaar has won many top prizes. “I would not have dreamed at the start of the season that I won everything there was to win,” he says. “I am very happy that I was able to end my junior era like this.”
