Paris Fashion Week: 5 cool outfits to copy

Juliette Binoche, queen of Paris at 60

On March 9, the protagonist of the film The passion of Dodin Bouffant turns 60. Yet his style has never been so vibrant. Infallible in capturing the most promising subtrends of the Ville Lumière, he moves between the front rows of the fashion shows with smiling nonchalance. With the certainty of a sober and sophisticated elegance, and an innate sensuality that has no need for ostentation.

The long raincoat with wide leg jeans

On the catwalk of Acne Studios, the giant armchairs built with recycled coppertones are the backdrop to one of the most coveted fashion shows of the Parisian event. In the front row sits the queen of the “over” stars from beyond the Alps, a true national glory also famous in Hollywood thanks to unforgettable films such as The damage, Blue Movie, Chocolat, just to name a few. Intense and culturally committed, the actress born in 1964 is also very sensitive to contemporary coolness.

The prescento outfit is the quintessence of the elegant and à la page charm that distinguishes it, with the classic beige trench coat which reinvents itself thanks to shawl collar. The futuristic goddess drapery matches the wide leg trousers in tie-dye effect denim with bleach. The handbag with multiple pockets and brushed finish is a further addition Y2K detail not to be missed.

The total black look with the paint coat

Spring is already in the air in Paris and the Courrèges fashion show recalls another strategic key piece for the mid-season. The black vinyl trench coat in 70s style, it is an elegant passepartout with a tight fit on the bust and a thin belt at the waist. The shiny finish of the cotton/polyurethane blend fabric is embellished with the logo B.C on the chest which recalls the initials of the legendary couturier André Courrèges.

The latex effect gives a touch of liveliness to the all-black outfit, with the minimalist crew-neck sweater and tailored black trousers. The square toe shoes and the Holy Bag with handles that create a perfect circle, they have style vintage in a modern key that adapts to practically everything.

The brown suit with shiny shoes

In the transitional wardrobe of Juliette Binoche could not be missing trouser suit, obviously in the must color of the new Autumn-Winter 2024/2025 collections: brown. At the event VIVIER OP-TICAL of the footwear and accessories brand Roger Vivierwore it in squared pattern with the cream-colored turtleneck sweater as an under-jacket.

The apparently anonymous men’s suit is the ideal basis for daring shiny moccasins model Long live Go-Thick in patent leather, with the chunky rubber sole and the jewel buckle decorated with crystals.

A casual but luxurious accessory, which recalls the retro aesthetics of 50s rockabilly revisiting it in couture style. Which pairs – separately – with the rigid clutch bag with a modern androgynous attitude in caramel shades brûlée.
