Julienne Pauwels, the 73-year-old woman who was found dead in Keerbergen on Tuesday with an iron cord around her neck, may have been murdered. The court has strong indications that someone has manipulated her body afterwards, in order to stage a suicide and lead the investigators astray. André B., the 70-year-old friend of the victim, has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
