The best German starter was Patrick Stühlmeyer from Osnabrück with Drako in 15th place, immediately ahead of Christian Kukuk from Riesenbeck with Mumbai. Laura Klaphake from Steinfeld finished 18th with Davenport.
Christian Ahlmann from Marl with Mandato, who won the Paris Grand Prix a week ago, did not get past 27th position.
