Julia Heiniö, 19, raced for the first time in his fitness last weekend. However, the result in Södertälje’s NPC Pro Qualifier was amazingly tough.
He won the junior, novice and general series races in a row. On top of that was the victory in the inter-series general, he won the professional card of the IFBB Pro League. At the same time, Heiniö became the youngest bikini professional in Finland.
What makes the performance even harder is the fact that the Tampere resident only has a ten-month-long internship with a coach under his belt. Minna Pajulahti under.
Pajulahti is a very experienced fitness competitor. He said he immediately saw the gifts of his protector.
– Julia has an insane potential. I immediately thought this girl has snacks for the next peak. Many did not believe it, but we are already here, Pajulahti says.
“At first a little panic”

Heiniö practiced racing for six years. When the Tampere resident finished the sport, he went after his sister to group exercise classes and also started gym training, but there was no major sporting goal a couple of years ago.
Harder gym training started a year and a half ago. He contacted Pajulahti 10 months ago.
– I had been watching Minna and her athletes on Instagram. They had done well, Heiniö says.
Heiniö wanted to get to the race as soon as possible, but the final decision on the spring races came as a bit of a surprise.

There were also many surprises in the race itself last weekend.
– At first there was a bit of panic about what needs to be done, but my confidence increased when I got on stage so many times and managed, Heiniö says.
– That success was incredibly crazy.
The feedback from the judges after the race was very positive.
– The judges praised that my structure is really good and my physics too. I also received positive feedback about the performance. Correspondingly, more meat was still desired in certain places.
Olympic goal
Next, Heiniö will set out to pursue a place in the highly acclaimed Olympics.
– I don’t race as much as possible in the summer.
A new species has been found.
– The race will definitely not be this year. This species is also allowed to occur, as in kilpacheerleading. In addition, there is a goal we are heading towards.
The first race diet went well.
– It went well, although of course it was hard work. But maybe it went easier than I thought. The first few weeks weighed a little, then I didn’t really notice the diet. The last few weeks have been tough again.
