Actor Julia Foxilla and rapper Kanye West (now Ye) had a quick romance at the beginning of the year. In early February, the generous West gave Fox a Birkin bag from the Hermés fashion house as a birthday present. The artist also donated luxury bags to Fox lovers.
Birkin is not just any bag model. It has been considered the most valuable bag in the world. The price range for a bag model can be between $ 40,000 and $ 500,000. The gift was certainly a pleasant surprise for Fox, but based on a recent interview, it wasn’t very practical.
“I don’t know if you know you own Birkin when you’re not rich, but it’s the most distressing thing ever,” Fox told the New York Times.
Fox has taken the gift bag out of his box for just a few days.
“You constantly check and make sure Birkin is there and hasn’t magically gotten wings,” Fox described.
Fox describes it as downright scary to own Birk as it puts a lot of pressure on him.
