Won two World Cup golds in the jersey of the Lions Juho Lammikko committed a gross tackle in the hockey CHL.
Lammikko, representing ZSC Lions, flew into the shower immediately after tackling Skellefteå in the first period of the match Tom Kühnhackl on.
Kühnhackl had just reached for the puck above the blue line, when the Finnish forward pounced on the situation completely unnecessarily after the puck had already run away. The hit came to the head, even though the German had already straightened his back.

– That’s exactly what we have to eradicate from hockey, SVT’s commentator Jonas Andersson said on the air.
– That kind of thing can end a player’s career.
After the tackle, Kühnhackl was left lying on the ice holding his head. Skellefteå’s other players tried to attack Lammiko, but the referees stopped them.
Sweden’s Skellefteå eventually defeated Switzerland’s ZSC Lions with a score of 5–4.
