Jail for the Abou Chaker brothers!

In 2019, five men tried to steal a residential building in Friedrichshain from an elderly Hamburg couple by falsifying the land register entry. The brazen deal was exposed through an insurance letter – a complaint, charges and conviction followed. All perpetrators had appealed to the Federal Court of Justice – this has now failed.

According to BZ information, the verdict for forgery and fraud against four defendants – Mohamad Abou-Chaker (37), Rabih Abou-Chaker (38), lawyer Stefan G. (56) and professional fraudster Rainer G. (54) – is now effective final.

Means: The Abou-Chaker brothers each get four years and ten months in prison, lawyer Stefan G. three years and six months – and Rainer G. six years and nine months.

The clan brothers have previous convictions for assault and theft, among other things, but have only ever been held in custody. Now they would have to serve their first regular prison sentence – unless, like their brother Abdallah Abou-Chaker (40), a lightning deportation intervened.

This notorious criminal has already been deported to Lebanon. The same could now threaten the two – because they are also stateless.
