Kim, 41, was present at the lawsuit on Wednesday via a video link. Ye, as the rapper calls himself these days, was absent. His lawyer did give an appearance and had a number of conditions for the divorce on behalf of his client.
For example, Ye wanted any right to a refund of money to be distributed to remain in the event of his or Kim’s death. The judge granted this request, but did not agree with the other two requests from the rapper. For example, Ye also wanted Kim not to transfer assets under her control.
Sources of TMZ reported that Ye herself also wanted the judge to grant the divorce. Earlier it seemed that he wanted to resist tooth and nail. The two have been separated for some time. Kim has also been chatting with comedian Pete Davidson for a few months, while Ye had a brief relationship with actress Julia Fox earlier this year.
