Became famous as a village merchant Sampo Kaulanen recently sold his wife Minttu Murphy-Kaulanen with Joun’s shop. With the shops, the two have now settled the company’s debts.
In his recent social media update, Kaulanen seems relieved. At the end of a long struggle, he gets to enjoy debt-free status for his company.
– Yes, I feel good now! After 15 years of business, the company is debt-free. It was a crazy thing to build a hellishly big village store of 14 million with debt funds in such a village of 600-700 people, Kaulanen recalls in the video he published.
– Many have thought that it will go wrong. Yes, at times I was close to despair, but damn, what a college this has been. During this trip, I have been able to learn and do some tricks, Kaulanen continues.
Kaulanen lists his worn, change-rich years with TV shows, active socializing and health problems.
– Even though there have been some damn problems. But in retrospect, it’s nothing more than college, and a lot has been learned from this.
A bright future
Kaulanen has said that he is open to a future relationship. Last week, in an interview with Iltalehti, he said that he had started, among other things, a speaking gig project.
– The first one is scheduled for the end of May, and I have also invested a small slice in the Finnish motorcycle-related start-up company Verge Motorcycles, he said last week.
At that time, Kaulanen assured that there is enough work at home as well.
– There are also tractor jobs and splitting saws ahead. That tiger can’t seem to get out of its tracks, he said.
