Striker Joshua Zirkzee is apparently moving from FC Bayern Munich to the Italian first division club FC Bologna.
As “Sky Sport News” and “Bild” reported, Munich should receive a transfer fee of around 8.5 million euros. The German champions would have earned more than 100 million euros from player sales during this transfer period.
Zirkzee is expected to sign a contract in Bologna until 2026. However, the Munich company should have a 50 percent share in a possible resale and therefore also have a right of repurchase.
Zirkzee was loaned out by Bayern to Belgian record champions RSC Anderlecht last season. The Dutchman, who still had a contract in Munich until the summer of 2023, was too expensive for a further commitment. During his time at Anderlecht he scored 18 goals in 47 games and presented 13 goals.
