An Austrian court has ordered that Josef Fritzl (88) be transferred from a psychiatric prison to a regular cell. This was reported by his lawyer. According to a psychiatric report, the man is no longer dangerous and the court followed that decision. The Austrian is in custody because he kept his daughter Elisabeth locked up in his basement for 24 years and used her as a sex slave. He fathered a total of seven children with her.
