Jos van Rey’s LVR, convicted of corruption, even more powerful in Roermond

The Liberal People’s Party Roermond, founded by former alderman Jos van Rey, who was convicted of corruption, has become the largest party in the Limburg ‘bishop’s city’ for the third time in a row. The LVR received almost a third of the votes and is even ahead by two seats: from nine to eleven seats.
