Jorge Testa is the best Broker in the world, says the award he received just a few days ago in Las Vegas, USA, for the second time in a row (2020 and 2021). Among his recognitions, in addition, are the Broker of the Year 2019 award, Broker of the Year 2014 and Promise Broker 2011. High distinctions with which Re/Max, a world-renowned real estate brand, distinguishes the best and positions the office of the firm as the most prestigious in the La Plata Region and the Province of Buenos Aires.

Jorge traveled many paths in the business world and found in Re/Max a work culture and a business model that allowed him to be a successful entrepreneur.
He comes from a traditional middle-class family from La Plata. He worked at an electrical utility company, where he developed for 17 years. There he gained experience in methodology and work processes, leadership and inventiveness.
With no experience in the business, he opened the Re/Max Diagonal II franchise in 2011. It grows rapidly and incorporates many agents who want to live the business intensely, people who are committed to themselves and to continuous progress.
“Success is not guaranteed, but there is a great opportunity to achieve it,” he summarizes.
His way of working and the way of approaching the business is key when it comes to positioning himself in the face of new challenges: perseverance, perseverance, living processes to be able to improve them and having a team that feels the same as him, are some of the pillars at your job.
