Erik Hofsink made an ultimate attempt to keep Jordy from the overall victory, but Erik didn’t get further than the stage victory. Jordy eventually had a margin of 25 points. Tom Hofsink, who led the cycling game for a long time, finished in fifth position in the general classification.
Erik Hofsink came close to yellow in the final stage, but the gap to Jordy Bloo turned out to be just a bit too big. The day victory is of course also a nice prize and there was no doubt about that outcome on Sunday evening. Marijn Bruggeman, sixth in the general classification, crossed the line second on Sunday with 1,267 points.

Jordy Bloo has won the cycling game of this newspaper. With 7,020 points, he was ahead of pursuer Erik Hofsink by 25 points. Tom Hofsink seemed to be on his way to the overall victory for a long time, but he saw his lead gradually diminish in the last days. On Saturday, Jordy Bloo took over the lead in the general classification. And he didn’t give up that yellow jersey anymore. In the national ranking, Jordy ended up in fifth place, which meant that he just missed out on the prizes.
The provisional final result of the cycling game already takes into account the points that the riders have achieved on the basis of the final classification. In the past, the result has sometimes changed a day later, for example due to a change in the stage result or a recalculation of the points distribution in the final classification. For that reason we keep a small blow to the arm. If the result changes, we will of course inform you about this.
