American professional bodybuilder Jordan Hutchinson showed on social media what problems large muscles and their growth and maintenance cause.

Hutchinson posted a video about his everyday problems on Instagram. In the video, the man is in out-of-season condition, 136 kilos. A man lowers his body fat percentage for the races.

– Bodybuilding is not always pretty, especially outside of the competition season. I hope you can laugh at my discomfort, Hutchinson wrote along with the video.

At the beginning of the video, it becomes clear that Hutchinson most obviously suffers from sleep apnea, because he says that he uses a cpap device for the treatment of sleep apnea. Hutchinson says in the video that waking up is often difficult for him and during the day he is “99.9 percent of the time” tired.

A bodybuilder eats huge amounts, and Hutchinson says he often has to force himself to eat.

The bundle of muscles describes putting on socks as downright impossible. Hutchinson says he got an abdominal muscle cramp while crouching.

– I hope it (the cramp) was a joke. Oh and did I mention I eat a lot?

Due to the large muscles, taking off the t-shirt is not always easy.

Hutchinson also says he hasn’t been able to touch his back in years. This makes showering difficult.

In the evening, Hutchinson eats again, puts the cpap device on his face and sinks into the blankets.

– All over again tomorrow.
