Johnny Logan fills Grote Markt Bruges

Irishman Johnny Logan won the Eurovision Song Contest three times and his hit ‘Hold me now’ is in the collective memory. Fans from all over Belgium and beyond came to Bruges to see the famous singer at work.

Logan also explained the success of his classic ‘Hold me now’. “Young people love it too, because the meaning is clear and easy to understand,” he says. “’Hold me now’ is about never forgetting that you love someone. And as humans we feel that and the next generation feels that too.” Anyone who wants to see a Johnny Logan concert in West Flanders should be in concert hall Owla in Bruges on December 9.

While it was already busy on the second day of ‘Brugge Tripel Feesten’, the organization expects more than 10,000 spectators on Thursday evening for the closing of the three-day event: ‘Vlaanderen Zingt’.
