In several videos posted on Twitter, Heard can be seen at a table with Huys, where she says ‘she doesn’t want any of the money’. When the actress is then asked in court if she can remember this interview, Heard replies three times that she cannot remember when the conversation took place.
Later, the actress admitted that she had not yet paid the entire amount to the organization, because Depp took her to court in 2019. “I sincerely intend to make my full contribution and keep my promise. I couldn’t do that because Johnny sued me for $50 million. It would be really nice if he stopped doing this, so that I can transfer my money to the organization.”
