Johnny de Mol has asked the Public Prosecution Service (OM) in Amsterdam to initiate a criminal investigation and to prosecute after the report of assault by his ex Shima Kaes. The presenter wants the case to go to court, his lawyer Peter Plasman reported on Wednesday.
