Presenter Jan Roos of the Gossip Talk program says he has evidence that ‘Johnny de Mol or John de Mol, alias De Mol family’ would have paid five thousand euros to witnesses in the assault case against Johnny. “One hundred thousand percent true. Verified with source and evidence,” he says.

Lawyer

John de Mol has now sent his lawyer Peter Plasman to Gossip Talk, the program reports on his website† “The statements on the part of Roos and Schouten are carefully formulated and expressly disputed by the client and are furthermore not based on any fact,” said the criminal lawyer.

The media billionaire demands a rectification and announces proceedings on the merits for the damage suffered and yet to be suffered. “That is legal before we completely destroy your mother”, Jan responds.

Jan responds

Jan doesn’t feel like it, he says. “We need to delete the episode. We don’t have to say what we said anymore. We have to rectify. Otherwise, summary proceedings will follow. Now we are already reasonably to terrible tired of going to court, although the appeal against Famke Louise will be a true popular feast.”

“But now we have to go up against the most powerful and richest man in the media landscape. So we’re going to have a long and thorough consultation with MC Radboudje about what to do,” he says, pointing to his lawyer.
