Tensions between Johan Derksen and Marc-Marie Huijbregts have risen extremely high in recent weeks. The football analyst nowadays continuously calls the comedian a ‘spring chicken’ and that does not just let the opponent go over his side. Marc-Marie has now called him a ‘white straight male’.
“This is slander!”
That last insult goes a long way, Johan jokes in Today Inside. “I contacted Joop. I say: ‘Joop, this is slander.’ I take this very seriously. I’m starting a case against him.”
According to Johan it is laughable what Marc-Marie is spouting. “If you’re white and straight, you should shut up these days, huh? Look, you only have to look at that man and then you don’t have to take him seriously anymore!”

Johan hopes that the animal party does not find it insulting that Today Inside always uses an image of a spring chicken to illustrate Marc-Marie. “As long as we don’t get in trouble with the Party of the Animals that we use a chick to portray that man.”
Does he think Marc-Marie should be silenced? “He can say whatever he wants.”

What does Marc-Marie think of Johan shouting that straight white men shouldn’t be allowed to say anything anymore?
