Jetro Willems openly flirts with PSV on day of relegation with current team Foreign football

Willems does not seem to be interested in a longer stay at Greuther Fürth and on the day of the relegation, he throws a striking twitter message into the world. His son told him before the game that Willems will make a transfer to PSV on 24 May. “Would be nice,” said the footballer.

Willems switched from Sparta to PSV in 2011 and played for the Eindhoven team until 2017. He then earned a contract with Eintracht Frankfurt, where he eventually played for two seasons. Before his adventure at Greuther Fürth, Willems ended up at Newcastle United. In August 2021 he signed for two seasons with Greuther Fürth, but he does not seem to want a longer stay at the second tier of Germany.

Although Greuther Fürth lost the game against Bayer Leverkusse 1-4 on Saturday, Willems did sign for the home team’s only goal after five minutes.
