Jessica Schilder from Volendam has broken her own Dutch record shot put. In the Czech Kladno she threw the bullet 19.19 meters.
That is two centimeters further than the distance she recorded last week during the FBK Games in Hengelo. In the Czech Republic she was clearly the best. Second was Anita Márton from Hungary with a distance of 17.65 meters.
De Volendam is having a very strong season. For the FBK Games, her record was still 18.89 meters.
